Intake analysis

Your dietary intake report To be successful in your goal to reduce your weight you must firstly understand what you are eating at the moment, and more importantly what type of foods your body is absorbing.  This is why it is advisable, under this program to perform a dietary intake study of all the foods and drink you consume.  It can get a little frustrating, logging down all you eat and drink, but it is well worth it when you receive your personal report.

The dietary intake study works like this…

You log down every item of food and drink that passes your lips over a seven day period.  This information is then analysed into a nutrient breakdown and produced on a personal report containing between 5 and 10 pages for you.

Not only is this information vital to your weight loss program, it is very informative and quite exciting to learn what your food and drink contains.  The report gives you a full insight into your weekly consumption along with kcals per day.  Your report will also provide you with pie charts of the breakdown of all energy and includes protein, carbohydrates (starch and sugar), fats and alcohol (if any).

From this report and the accompanying recommendations you will be able to discover simple ways of reducing your total energy (kcal) input.

As well as this Report being informative it also enables you to be safe and healthy when reducing your calorie intake and making changes to your food choices.

The report contains approximately 9-12 pages of food analysis which is unique to you.  It is a great baseline for your health and fitness programme.  Anyone can purchase this service and you do not need to be on the Bodywatch program to purchase it.

Introductory Offer for 2007 only £45.00.
