So what is
so different about our group meetings? Our group meetings are
held throughout the week and are limited to 5-10 people in each
group. This means that I have time to spend with each
person at every Meeting. Remember bodywatch is designed
around you, the individual, even at Group Meetings, you will be
offered individual advice and guidance as well as group
information.
The
meetings begin with registration and if you are new you will
complete our assessment (it's ok this doesn't hurt one bit!).
Once we are all settled in we have a group talk, I will give
you information relating to particular foods or food groups,
nutritional information as well as motivation and support.
The psychological side of weight loss is addressed at every
meeting.
I will
then speak to each person individually and together we will set
your mini goals, I will guide you and motivate you on your journey
to health and fitness.
Whilst I
am speaking to each person we will have a fitness session that all
who wish to, can join in, we also have a multi-gym and a
Reebok Step for your use - all under supervision of
course.
The
fitness sessions are fun and designed to get you moving, so, each
time you attend the meeting you can have a little workout too, but
only if you wish to. You will never be asked to do anything
you are uncomfortable with.
We have
approximately 10-15 meetings throughout the week and you can
request a time and day that suits you, we will always do our
best to accommodate you. If that particular meeting is full
we will inform you of the next available meeting unless you
have a friend in another meeting when we will try to get you both
together.
This is
not just another diet club - we do not give you the same diet
sheets, we plan your eating around the foods you love to eat - it
is very individual and personal to you.
The
Meeting Fees are £10 each time you attend and each meeting lasts
for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the number in each
group.
